Client had not-so-smooth experience with several remote development teams and was looking for a team that could deliver what they need in a demanding, high-transactional fintech startup system.
Client had scanned through hundreds of software companies themselves and landed with several of them without success. The problem was that they preferred to start slowly with a small team and grow with them instead of hiring a big team at first. Another challenge was that our client was not the "money not an object" company and they looked for really cost-effective team.
After 2 hard-working weeks, we successfully built a matched team from Indonesia starting with 2 senior developers. After 3 months, the team size was double and after 6 months it reached 12 members. Our client are expecting the Serie B funding at the moment.
